Jennifer Murphy

Vice President, Human Resources — Pipe and Tube

Jennifer Murphy is responsible for leading human resources for Zekelman Industries’ pipe and tube business, inclusive of over 2,000 teammates at multiple sites within the U.S. and Canada.

Jennifer joined Zekelman in 2023 with over 25 years of experience in human resources, including deep experience in talent management, labor & employee relations, talent acquisition, and benefits and compensation. Prior to joining Zekelman, Jennifer spent much of her career with L3Harris Technologies, most recently as the senior director of human resources for the $1.4B maritime sector of 4,500 global employees in six countries. Jennifer earned her bachelor’s degree in English from LaSalle University and her MBA from Drexel University.
