Zekelman Industries, Inc. is comprised of; Wheatland Tube LLC., Atlas Tube LLC., Wheatland Tube, Sharon Tube,
Picoma, Western Tube, Z Modular and Hayes Modular Group. Inasmuch as each or all of these entities may sell goods to
Customer at given times, it is the intent that this agreement shall act as the Credit Application between Customer and each and all of the stated entities.
