What pathways are available through Z-Cademy?

Z-Cademy currently offers three primary technical upskilling pathways:

  1. Millwright / Mechanical Maintenance
    • Focused on mechanical systems, troubleshooting, installation, alignment, hydraulics/pneumatics, and commissioning.
  2. Industrial Electrician
    • Focused on industrial electrical systems, motor controls, VFDs, troubleshooting, panel wiring, and commissioning.
  3. PLC / Automation Technician
    • Focused on PLC hardware, ladder logic, automation troubleshooting, industrial communications, HMIs, sequencing, and advanced automation architecture.

Each pathway includes progressive Tech Levels (Tech 1, Tech 2, and Tech 3) with increasing technical complexity and hands-on validation requirements.
