General Counsel & Vice President of Tax

Angela Miu serves as General Counsel and Vice President of Tax at Zekelman Industries. With over 25 years of experience, Angela provides legal and tax planning guidance across the company’s business divisions on a variety of strategic and operational matters. Additionally, Angela leads the Capital Markets for the Z Modular division, focusing on financing pursuits and fostering lender relationships to support Z Modular’s growth and development goals.

Prior to joining Zekelman in 2014, Angela was a Managing Director in the international corporate tax group at KPMG LLP, where she specialized in cross-border planning and restructuring for multinational clients. She holds law and business degrees from the University of Sydney and a Master of Law degree from the University of New South Wales.
