Wheatland Tube — Employee SMS Alert Program — Terms and Conditions

Program Name: Wheatland Tube Critical Equipment Alert Program (TopView)
1. Program Description
This program delivers critical operational, equipment, and safety alerts to employees at Wheatland Tube manufacturing sites. Wheatland Tube is a division of Zekelman Industries. Messages are triggered by manufacturing system events (PLCs) and relayed through the TopView alerting system. Alerts notify responsible personnel of urgent facility issues to enable rapid response and minimize downtime. Messages are sent only to opt-in employees with operational responsibility for the site where the alert originates. You will receive alerts as-needed based on real-time operational events; message frequency varies and cannot be predicted.
2. How to Opt Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to any message you receive from this program. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive program-related SMS messages from us. You may also revoke consent by contacting your plant manager, emailing help.desk@zekelman.com or by Opting Out via the web form. To rejoin the SMS Alert Program, contact the Help Desk or re-enroll through the Web Form.

4. Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on operational events and cannot be predicted. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

7. Consent and Eligibility
By providing your mobile number and enrolling in this program, you consent to receive operational and safety alert messages from Wheatland Tube. This program is available only to current employees of Zekelman Industries and its subsidiaries. Participation is subject to management approval. Your mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with or sold to any third parties for their own marketing, advertising, or lead generation purposes. We may share this information with service providers (such as TopView) solely to deliver alerts on our behalf, and such providers are contractually prohibited from using, sharing, or selling this information for any other purpose.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective when posted at this URL. Continued participation in the program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
